Cancellation Policy

Customer must provide access to vehicle, water, power, and remove personal belongings. All items left in vehicle will be assumed as garbage. Prices may change depending on condition and size of vehicle upon arrival. Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash and electronic payments. No checks accepted. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Pricing is based on vehicle size and condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, sand, mold, or biohazards may require additional charges. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear. Photos may be taken before and after service for documentation. Services may be rescheduled due to weather. We cannot guarantee results once the vehicle is exposed to rain or environmental conditions. Customer must inspect the vehicle upon completion. Any concerns must be addressed before departure. We do NOT service vehicles with: human/ animal waste, blood, mold infestation, needles or we will charge specialized clean up fee.
